What we collect. Your email, name, CV, city and country of residence, nationality, mobility, availability, optional links, and what you write in the conversation step.

Why. To consider you for roles at Sparengine (legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible contract). Nationality is asked only because work authorisation depends on it.

AI assistance. An AI model (through OpenRouter) asks the conversation questions and writes a neutral summary for the team.

AI screening. Each application is screened by an AI model against the requirements of the roles we publish. It can decide on its own to invite you to the recorded video interview. It never rejects anyone: a person reviews every application before any rejection, and makes that decision. When you have recorded the interview, the model reads its transcript and notes and tells the team whether it is worth a call; a person decides there too. It does not use age, origin, gender, health or any other protected characteristic, and it does not infer emotions. You can ask for a human review of anything the model did, and for an explanation, at careers@sparengine.com.

Retention. 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time at careers@sparengine.com, and complain to the CNIL.

Processors. Vercel (hosting), our database provider, Resend (email), OpenRouter and the model provider it routes to. Data may be processed outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
