Product Engineer (Full-stack)

You own the surface where clients actually meet Sparengine: the upload and analysis flow, the deliverable views (component status, event trace, work package completeness), and the front-to-back integration with the pipeline. Next.js, clean state handling, real loading and progress states, and an instinct for trust-building UX. You ship fast, you QA on a real case before calling something done, and you confirm in one line what you tested.

Business Development (Aviation Aftermarket)

Toulouse / Remote · Full-time

You know the aviation transaction market (lessors, MROs, brokers, lease return, pre-purchase inspection) or you learn it fast. You will own outreach, qualify pipeline, prepare for and run prospect conversations, and push interesting conversations toward a real first transaction. You understand the positioning (Sparengine is the auditor, not the logbook) and you can sit credibly across the table from a technical buyer. Self-directed, structured, allergic to a deal that never closes.

Aviation Records Analyst

Remote · Freelance

You bring real Part 66 or aviation records audit experience and translate it into product logic. You will define what the system must find and flag (AD/SB compliance, life-limited parts, back-to-birth continuity, task compliance versus task sign-off) and validate outputs against the standard a professional auditor would expect. You read a logbook, a Form 1, and a CRS the way an auditor does. This role sits at the bridge between aviation domain truth and how the pipeline behaves.

AI / Document Intelligence Engineer

Remote · Full-time

You will build and harden the multi-pass pipeline at the core of Sparengine: page-level vision extraction, document typing, entity and event extraction, and the knowledge graph that serves as the system's truth memory. You care about making a model behave like a cautious technical analyst, not a confident guesser. You are comfortable with Python, LLM orchestration, structured JSON/JSONL data, and fuzzy retrieval. Bonus: prior exposure to OCR pipelines or graph data structures.

Product Designer

Remote · Intern / Full-time

You turn complex technical output (knowledge graphs, audit findings, confidence levels) into interfaces a lessor, MRO, or broker can trust in minutes instead of weeks. You work from design direction to structured Figma, you share the approach before building, and you understand that in a regulated, high-stakes context clarity beats decoration. Comfortable designing dense data views and translating auditor logic into something legible.
